Alicia Bruder

Alicia Bruder is an active wife and mother of 2 young boys in the beautiful state of WI in the USA. Her other hobbies include gardening and horseback riding. 

She was a volleyball and track athlete in high school, recreational tennis player today, and passionate about keeping her small midwest community active and aware of wholistic wellness. 

Currently, Zumba Basic is her specialty. Zumba Gold is her next goal as well as yoga. 

Alicia revels in knowing that she is a role model of health and fitness to her 2 young sons and includes them in her workouts at home.
