OVERVIEW
With a long career in tech, I believe that balancing corporate work with fitness is very important for our well-being. During the last several years, I have obtained several fitness certifications. I can relate to members with busy schedules, who seek a comprehensive, yet effective workout. I encourage them to participate and challenge themselves in a safe, supported environment. I love sharing my knowledge from years of yoga, Pilates, dance and barre classes and I love the sense of community that group fitness provides.
