I have been in the fitness inductry for well over 12 years. I am currently a Zumba instructor (teaching 3x/week) as well as Strong Nation instructor (recently certified). I also teach group fitness specializing in strength training (currently teaching 5x/week), aqua fitness classes (currently teaching 2x/week), yogaflow, and also a Personal Trainer. I am a people person and love working with people of all ages. I also have certifications in Corrective Exercise and Performance Exercise so I am very mindful of watching people to make sure they are performing exercises properly and always provide modifications.
