Heather Benoit

I’m Heather Benoit and I'm a ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Health Coach, AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, PN1 Certified Nutrition Coach, and Online Trainer Academy certified.  I'm passionate about all things health and fitness and I love to travel and see the world.

I started teaching aerobics at the student recreation center while I was in college earning my accounting and Masters in Taxation degrees.  I then spent the next 15 years in public accounting and continued exercising, running, participating in group fitness.  

I'm married and have two wonderful teenage daughters.  Our family loves to be active, travel, and camp.
