Deanna Grady

My name is Deanna and I grew up in New Jersey and moved to Florida in High school where my passion for fitness grew as I worked at the YMCA. I attended Flagler College in St. Augustine and majored in Psychology. After College I wanted to help people but in a fitness related way and became a fitness trainer and yoga teacher. My yoga journey is a life long process and I am certified with Marinnne Wells Yoga School for my 200hr in 2011 and now working on my advanced teacher training with her since 2022.
