Erin is a busy mother of three children who is deeply passionate about health and fitness. She leads an active lifestyle, participating in a wide variety of fitness modalities. Currently, she is highly involved at a local CrossFit gym while also maintaining her regular yoga and barre practices.
Her journey into fitness began after the birth of her first child, when it became a vital outlet for her personal well-being. Through exploring CrossFit and yoga, she found not only a physical challenge but also a cherished sense of "me time." After the birth of her third child, Erin knew she wanted to turn her passion into a career. In 2018, she took the leap and began her professional journey in the fitness industry. She earned her Group Fitness certification and began studying for her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification.
About six months later, Erin started teaching at a local Pure Barre studio. Today, she teaches a range of classes including yoga, yoga sculpt, Pure Barre, Empower Pure Barre, and HIIT/bootcamp sessions. Her teaching style is upbeat and full of energy. She loves making people laugh and is known for curating fun, high-energy playlists that give her classes that extra spark.
