Hi! I'm Nat. A small town girl who enjoys the outdoors, traveling, animals, family and of course, yoga! I'm a Mom of two energetic boys, and a beautifully loyal golden retriever.  I have a unconditionally supportive husband. I have been on a mission to find my great passion in life and have had so many great opportunities along the way. I have an advanced diploma and fitness and leisure business, a degree in nursing, am a certified Yoga instructor, and recently an entrepreneur opening a local eco friendly business that aims to reduce plastic waste. I love all things wellness and enjoy being able to share that passion with others!
