Jessica’s first yoga class sparked the desire to become a teacher in 2011. She continued her personal practice while finding a training to accommodate her family, job and schedule. Jessica completed her RYT 200 training in 2017 and began teaching in local studios, gyms, and offered weekly pop-up classes in Laurel, Montana. In 2019 she opened Namaste Studio and now offers private lessons, workshops, retreats and teachers training in addition to a full schedule of weekly classes. She has since completed and added certifications to teach SUP (stand up paddle board) Yoga, Hot 26+2 (Hot Yoga), YIN certification, and a Personal Training Certification. Jessica has taught over 3000 hours and completed over 700 hours of training. Her infectious passion for yoga can be seen within the attention to students. Jessica’s primary concern for any student is finding the pose that fits their ability, body and mobility. Jessica brings her students into a realm of personal experience that is intimate, life-changing, and authentically rich with emotion, realization and reality. She truly believes in the personal mind, body and soul connection that yoga allows everyone to obtain.
