Angela absolutely loves the feeling of being in mind-full motion and has incorporated group fitness and private training since college. A passion for pilates has grown exponentially over the past 8 years through first her own practice and then through the Comprehensive Club Pilates teacher training program. The way pilates made her feel connected and “whole” in her body-mind has always stayed with her, so much so that she and her husband purchased two studios in the Phoenix area. Angela continued her movement research, and Pilates training. She loves the approach that Club Pilates has takes in particular; a real world movement practice for every BODY, with a variety of 9 classes and 4 levels, never reaching plateau in ones practice. Angela looks forward to meeting each client where they are, and creating a program that will guide them towards a sense of simultaneous ease, strength, length, and awareness within the body-mind.
