Jaymelee Cunningham

My name is Jaymelee or as most know me, Jayme. I am a certified personal trainer with over 5 years’ experience.

You can expect to leave each one of my classes feeling strong and motivated. My promise to you is to always bring the maximum amount of energy to every class. Teaching fitness and helping people fall in love with movement is my passion. I’ve loved sport and fitness for my entire life.

When I’m not in the gym I’m working as a financial controller, studying to complete my MBA, looking for my next vacation adventure, sipping wine on a patio, or spending time with my extremely large family!
