I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years teaching a variety of formats in various settings. I am definitely a "people person" and love to share my positive energy with others to help them in living their best life. I am experienced in yoga, strength training, aqua fit and general aerobics. Most recently I have changed my focus to working with senior populations doing balance, strength and fall prevention training. I recently traveled to Dreams Jade in Mexico and took the classes there. The yoga instructor, Michele, was great and I spoke to her about FitBodies and she encouraged me to look into it. It would be great to combine my love of travel with fitness.
