Katrina Marquardt

Katrina is a certified and experienced yoga teacher and wellness facilitator with over 500 hours of formal training and years of hands-on teaching experience. She completed her 200-hour foundational training in Vancouver, Canada, and deepened her practice with a 300-hour advanced training in India. Her teaching style blends alignment-based Hatha, mindful Vinyasa, and grounding breathwork, tailored to meet students exactly where they are.

In addition to teaching corporate and public yoga classes, Katrina brings a holistic wellness approach to every retreat and session—integrating mindfulness, nervous system support, and coaching tools to help participants reconnect with themselves.

Katrina has guided classes, workshops, and retreats for diverse groups across North America and internationally. She creates welcoming, inclusive spaces where students of all levels can unwind, recharge, and feel empowered.
