My experience as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor began in 2001. I've taught a wide variety of formats including Fitkidz, HIIT, Toning, Spinning/Indoor Cycle, Hot Yoga, Boot Camp, Strength & Conditioning classes, and Chair Yoga. I've trained people from age 5 to 85. My mission is to make fitness accessible and fun for all ages and all levels resulting in a happier and healthier lifestyle for you! My current “Prescription for Health” 3 day/week classes tend to have mostly ages 40+, but all are welcome! We enjoy 60s, 70s, and 80s tunes mainly while working out. As a graduate of a Christian based 200 hr yoga program and currently studying the master’s 500 hr course through YogaFaith, my source/higher power is Jesus Christ.
