Exercise is instrumental in Michelle's daily fitness routine. After a number of serious injuries, Michelle began searching for a comprehensive exercise. While Pilates initially appeared too easy and slow; a few classes revealed this method of movement was extremely adaptable. Exactly what she needed for her full recovery.
Regular Pilates classes also proved challenging and Michelle also discovered the necessity of a balance between body and mind. Contrary to her initial impression, her own personal recovery, Pilates proved to be an exercise she was passionate about sharing with others!
Now a Pilates instructor (add a number of years), Michelle enjoys teaching clients to exercise safely and regularly also encouraging healthy and happy lifestyles.
