Robin Schoolfield

As a health and fitness professional, I am passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals. My journey towards holistic health has taught me how to live beyond my perceived limits and fears.  I have learned to be honest and accountable to myself and most importantly to trust my mental and physical ability. This is my true strength. Spending at least one hour a day getting to know yourself and understand what you are capable of is the best investment; body mind and spirit.

I am certified to teach yoga, variety of group fitness including step and water, group personal training including circuit and HIIT sessions. I also teach American Red Cross CPR/AED and first-aid trainings. 

I always looks forward to spending time with my husband, four grown kids, and three shih tzu dogs. I enjoy any fitness activity, paddle boarding, going to the beach, and traveling.
