Ziggy Kitsou

Aloha, my name is Angela Nina Ziggy Mahealani Kitsou, but I just go by Ziggy! 

I am a 24-year old female living in Honolulu, HI. I was born in Greece and raised in Northern CA. I spent my younger years playing sports, my two favorites were softball and soccer. When I was 17 years old, I found myself in a gym for the first time. I started lifting weights and fell in love. I was raised by a single mother and the community around me always taught me to be strong, independent, and to be able to rely on myself. I believe that has something to do with why I love lifting and being strong. This has ignited my passion for coaching and teaching other females the mental and physical benefits of being strong. Currently, I am a performance coach at UFC Gym in Honolulu, HI. I have been working at this gym for almost two years, and I absolutely love it. Before UFC, I was a student attending the University of Hawaii at Manoa. At the end of 2019, I received my diploma with a Bachelor of Science in Travel Industry Management. I believe my love for coaching as well as travel will make me a great addition to the Fit Bodies team.
