Michelle Hill

My name is Michelle, and I am a yogi, wife, mom, nurse, adventurer, nature lover, and seeker of joy.  I came into yoga as a way to help soothe my mind and rebuild strength in my body after working for many years as a nurse and having three children.  I found yoga to be a perfect combination of physicality and spirituality.  

I currently teach studio vinyasa style classes, relax and restore yin-type classes, private classes, beginner workshops and outdoor summer classes at a local park.  I’ve been teaching since 2018, receiving my YTT certification from Empower Yoga School based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA.  

My goal as a yoga teacher is to help others to find joy by moving their bodies and to find peace by using their breath.  Yoga is such a magical practice, it is always exciting to share it with others!
