For the majority of my life, I was lacking the words and wisdom to deepen my understanding of the human experience. It was 5 years that I began studying chakras and then went on to practicing yoga. My outlook on life changed radically as I went along the journey of the connection between thoughts, feelings, actions, words, and being. 

For me, yoga is about connecting the mind, body, and spirit. I balance chakra mediation, exertion, and breathing techniques with Astanga and Hatha Yoga influences.
