Alexa Serfis

Alexa enjoys teaching group fitness classes at her local YMCA in southern Illinois. Teaching is rewarding and a natural extension to her career as a chemistry professor at an area university. She enjoys working with the members and finds the group setting to be motivating. Her favorite formats are step and yoga fusion.
