Hayley Skelton-Bayley

My name is Hayley, I am a qualified 200hour Yoga Teacher. I qualified in 2000 after practising yoga for many years. I have practised all different types of Yoga, in lots of different studios in the North West of the UK. I prefer to teach Hattha Yoga as I believe it covers all of the fundamental aspects that is important to Yoga. 

I currently teach once a week in a local studio and provide three classes a week for the local community. 

My latest qualification is to teach children with ADHD & Autism Yoga.

I also have qualifications for a level 3 teaching assistant in primary schools. I also chaperone children for the filming of Television dramas in the North West of the UK.
