Jennifer Stokes

My name is Jennifer Stokes and I am a Pediatric Registered Nurse that is very energetic and love to exercise. I currently teach kickboxing class 3 times a wekk at my local gym. I enjoy changing up my classes as I teach them and always trying something different to provide another challege ~ There is no time to get bored when taking my class. I enjoy keeping my students motivated and if they are willing I love to give them a challenge. I am a true believer in exercise and all of its' benefit. If someone walks out of my class saying they had a good workout or that class was tough, then I did my job!
