Bristin Andreae

Bristin was born and raised in Costa Mesa, Ca where she grew up dancing and doing gymnastics. In high school she was captain of the cheer squad and graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a kinesiology degree. She received her Pilates certification in 2004 from BASI and her 200 hour yoga works certificate in 2009.  In 2006 she purchased Escape Pilates which she still currently owns and teaches pilates daily.
