Hello! I've been teaching fitness classes since 2010. I started teaching Zumba classes and absolutely fell in love with watching people develop strength, endurance, agility and a joy for fitness. I gradually added a variety of certifications including Aqua Zumba, Strong Nation, Barbell Strength, Arora Strength (active older adults), and Werq (hip hop fitness). These days I teach 8-11 classes a week. I currently enjoy teaching Aqua Zumba, various strength classes, and a variety of dance classes including Zumba, hip hop, and active older adult classes. My background in fitness includes Taekwondo, cheerleading and the occasional half marathon. As a former music teacher I love to utilize musical elements to motivate my clients. I find teaching fitness to be a calling where my passion for music and creative choreography take fruit in producing joy and physical life improvements in others.
