I am a wife, mother of three children; ages 18, 15 and 12 and a middle school teacher. I began my yoga practice in January 2018 and it has been a consistent part of my health and fitness routine. I am a Certified Children's Yoga Teacher and in November 2020 I completed my 200 hour teacher training certification.
