My name is Bonnie,  I am a certified personal and group trainer and nutrition counselor holding many advanced certifications.  Growing  up I struggled with my weight, luckily  learned what  powerful tools  diet and exercise  can be, in helping us live a quality life .It has become my passion to help others  find their passion for healthy living. I truly love  seeing people set and REACH goals 

     I love CrossFit and MMA especially Brazilian Jujitsu and judo. I have recently begun competing in Brazilian jujitsu and received my first gold medal December of 2021. I may be 47 but I am just getting started
