Hi, my name is Melissa. I am a fitness and outdoor enthusiast. I grew up very active, and was in sports all of my life. I have been in the fitness industry for 20 years now, and additionally enjoy all things outside in my home state of Colorado. I love to travel, love meeting new people, and live music.
