Hello, I am Elissa Shoreman. I am the blessed owner and founder of Buddhaful Souls Yoga Studio in Rowley for the past 14 years. I share the practices of yoga and mindfulness to children and adults. My classes are eclectic, yet available to all. I teach yoga from the heart, with the intention of encouraging others to love themselves (as they are) and the world a little bit more each day.
For me, yoga is about allowing yourself the space to go deeper within. To feel. To breathe into. To be. To recognize. To connect. To honor.I want you to come to the mat as you are. And I promise to do the same. And that may mean you just lay on your mat the entire time!May the mat open your heart, inspire you, remind you how important self-care is and connect you with a sacred community. My greatest gift is being a Mama to two Buddhaful Little Souls, Taye and Zoë.
