After many years of training at a competitive level in Track & Field, I found my passion in practicing yoga.
Yoga has been a compass in my life. Whether a flowy vinyasa class or a hot class that offers challenging postures, yoga helps to keep my mind focused and my body toned.
My classes offer the opportunity to tap into your body's potential as well as time to let the mind explore some of yoga's many philosophies.
My classes are accessible to beginners as well as advanced practitioners. I hope to offer space for each student to develop their own unique experience.
Along with these more movement passed practices, I also love to share Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. These slower practices focus more on increasing circulation, releasing tension in the fascia, and balancing the flow of energy (Qi or Prana).
The goal of every class I offer, no matter the style taught, is to allow the students' space to find their own WHY for showing up.
