Jodi Thurman

Jodi Lamagna is a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor. Jodi is a motivating and energetic individual who has been working in the fitness industry since the winter of 2006. Formerly overweight, Jodi lost 65 pounds through diet and exercise. She has worked with overweight and deconditioned individuals, athletes, older populations, and new comers to the fitness world. Jodi enjoys helping clients achieve their individual goals, whether it be weight loss, muscle toning, cardiovascular conditioning or flexibility training. She also enjoys helping athletes reach their next level of excellence. Jodi’s goal is to provide her clients with a workout that is safe, fun, challenging and educational.
