Chelsea Fowler

Born in Germany and raised by military parents, who left the military when I was 4. I returned to the US and was raised in Kansas, where I currently reside and am attending Nursing school. I've been an athlete since I was born, climbing everything I could get my hands on. My dad's nickname for me was Monk Monk for this reason. I participated in sports teams each season since Middle School and began to miss athletics a lot after graduating high school, so I joined a gym and immediately felt inspired by group fitness workouts.

I've been a yoga instructor for 7 years, a Pilates instructor for 5 years, a cycling instructor for 2 years, and occasionally sub Barre classes for the past 4 years.
