Cory Sampson

Meet Cory Sampson. A graduate of Buffalo State College with a degree in English with a pre-med track, 200 RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) and 95 RCYT(Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher) who is pursuing his Naturopathic Medical Career. Doing entrepreneurial work has always been a part in his path to Freedom. Freedom to travel the world, and to pursue his heart's desire with intent to inspire others to do the same. Always being admired in the workplace as the go-to employee, Cory’s drive to build for himself has is forever going. As an avid weightlifter and health advocate, there are things that have created discipline in his life become a part of his every day. As a Yoga teacher and practitioner, he is able to find unity in a room full of strangers. To move and to breathe as one and to know that no matter what we do differently, we will all come together on our mats to let go and be present together, unjudged and Yoga has become a part who he is and his love and knowledge for the practice will continue to grow.
