Molly Hall is a yoga and meditation practitioner with over 10 years experience. Yoga is her first love. Specializing in yin and power yoga, Molly provides tools and encourages her students to live their yoga on and off their mat. Molly creates an inviting and healing environment for all levels of skill to find comfort and challenge in their practice, learn essential postures, and ensure a safe practice for everyone. As a nature lover, Molly often integrates aspects of the environment into her yoga teachings.
