Ian Jacobson

I’m Ian! I’m a level two CrossFit instructor and competitive athlete. I’m originally from Wyoming but now reside one state south in Colorado. I am also a healthcare professional. I love working with people who are motivated and give there all to their health and well being. I don’t expect my clients and athletes to be the best of the best but I do expect them to give it their all in the gym. I like aiding and coaching people in their health journeys. Watching them improve and reach the goals they set for themselves. When I get to see someone accomplish something physically or mentally in the gym that they once thought was impossible it makes all the hard dedicated work worth it, no matter the scale of the accomplishment.
