A strong, fun, and encouraging instructor, Kate loves helping everyone get the BURN they came for! Always arriving prepared, with great music, a challenging set, and plenty of modifications...her classes are perfect for the strong fitness enthusiast or casual workout warrior. Her participants work hard, feel accomplished, and are excited to come back the next day!

Get TONE! No BARRE, No Problem!

This group fitness class uses light weights, and resistance bands to focus on full body strength. This class starts with high repetition arm work, moves into balance work with lower body resistance for a strong booty and legs, and ends with a nice core burn. Kate's BARRE classes focus on strong intentional movements, deep balanced holds, and are low impact, easy on the choreography, and well rounded to BURN all the targeted spots. She doesn't even need a BARRE! 

 

Strong & Fun!

Kate understands the need for fitness to be FUN & CHALLENGING! Between running her own design business and mommin' her 2 boys, she teaches 7 classes a week at her local gym. From Core-a 30 minute ab class, to Barre- sculpting and toning, to Stretching, and Kickboxing; teaching group fitness is truly a passion that carries true to her work ethic. Her goal is to always deliver a class that challenges her participants and leaves them feeling strong and motivated. The goal is to work hard, feel good, and have clients counting the hours until they can do it again tomorrow!
