Hey ya'll! I'm Heather! and I live in Chesapeake, Virginia. 

I'm a travel junkie, and passionate group fitness and weight-loss coach for busy wanderlusting women. I absolutely love making fitness FUN and helping people find something they enjoy doing so that they're able to reach their goals without depriving themselves or spending hours in a gym. I also educate my clients on how to have a fun and relaxing vacation without feeling guilty for over indulging. To be able to incorporate everything with travel is a dream come true!
