I have a degree in Health Science from Brigham Young University. I am AFAA Group Fit Certified, Yogafit Certified, High Fitness Certified, TRX certified and have been teaching all fitness formats for over 17 years. I have created and own a Bootcamp Fitness program called POJO Power Camp which is a High Intensity Bootcamp program. I have created several fitness formats and I teach strength classes, cardio classes, High Fitness, barre, Power Yoga, Pilates, Kickboxing, HIIT, Tabata, Step, TRX classes and spin.
