Tara Jackson

 

Tara Jackson has always been interested in maximizing human potential and creating positive change.  A former trial lawyer, she now heads a non-profit organization that brings diverse people together to resolve complex and divisive issues.

Tara believes that yoga is a powerful tool for reducing stress and improving health  She became an RYT 200 certified yoga teacher in 2016 and in 2020, she completed additional training obtaining her RYT 500 certification. She has taught over 1000 classes since 2016 for diverse populations and abilities.. She also holds various mindfulness certifications through Koru and ASU’s Center for Mindfulness, Compassion and Resilience. As a mindfulness teacher, she has led professional groups, businesses, and students through workshops, seminars, and courses. In 2022, Tara became a certified Barre instructor through the International Ballet Barre Fitness Association.

Tara has an undergraduate degree in Biology and a lifelong interest in exploring the mind-body connection.
