• I am an energetic yoga instructor. I enjoy teaching yoga and continuing in my practice daily.  I enjoy nature, outdoors, hiking, water sports, traveling, family and friends. 

I bring a well balanced, interesting and challenging sequence to my yoga classes.  You will empower yourself while connecting on a deeper level of self awareness, challenging you to embark on a new level of a journey inward.  Your breath will guide you to bring a vibration of energy into your internal world and at the end of class you will be able to take that internal energy into your external world and share it amongst friends, family, loved ones and yes… those yet to meet.  I teach a variety of formats, C1, C2, HPF, Sculpt & Strength X
