Hi there! I’m Dr. Michelle and I am an integrative wellness practitioner. I use yoga, reiki, sound healing, hypnotherapy, herbliasm and medical astrology in my practice to help myself and those I serve to find whole health and wellbeing.
In my 20s I was a flight attendant and have traveled to over 30 countries. I learned 2 languages and am in the process of learning French.
I began practicing yoga 30 years ago and hav been teaching for 13 years. Don’t try to guess my age, yoga is like my super-anti- aging multivitamin.
I became vegan when I was 18 and enjoy remixing things my friends and families love to make them vegan and free from the 8 life-threatening allergens.
In my spare time I enjoy hiking, teaching yoga, mixing herbal remedies, and remixing recipes to make them vegan. I also host and curate retreats to West Africa for people wanting to explore their ancestral inheritance.
