Jenny discovered yoga while in college over 20 years ago. It has continued to be an integral part of her life, healing, fitness, and joy. Jenny completed her 200 hour teaching training on the beautiful island of Isla Mujeres in Mexico.
Jenny’s classes combine creative sequencing with an inspirational theme to enhance the mind-body connection. She gently encourages her clients to achieve their physical and spiritual goals on the path to discovering their authentic self.
Jenny utilizes a variety of popular music from The Beatles to Jack Johnson, adding eclectic inspiration and vibrance to her classes. Her main style is vinyasa flow with modifications available for all levels.
