Hi! My name is Jill! I am thankful for every day that I can move and be active. I love outdoor activities like hiking, biking, walking, running, and swimming. I'm also eager to walk into yoga studios or group fitness classes. I was a busy mom with 4 children until recently when my husband and I, at 30 years of marriage, became empty-nesters. We love to travel and visit our kids and their spouses whenever we can in the 3 different states they now reside. A normal week for me includes teaching water aerobics 1 time a week, 6 yoga classes, and 2 barre classes a week. I also clean houses as a part-time job. I believe it is important to take care of our bodies and our minds. Stress and anxiety has increased over the years, so finding ways to manage this stress is important. Every "body" is capable of moving and breathing. This will calm the mind and bring about peace within. I hope to inspire and encourage others to try something new physically and mentally and to have fun doing it.
