Sharon McGrail

Sharon follows her passion and breath in her practices, and invites you to explore your passions; both physically and spiritually.  She practices various styles of yoga to relieve life induced stress and to find presence. Sharon steers your practice to connect specific body parts and breath to provide a whole-body experience. Her focus is teaching students to be present in their moment; connecting mind, body, and spirit to reach self-awareness.

 

Sharon spent 2021 attending advanced trainings to deepen her understanding of Yoga philosophy and practices which included; Yin, Nidra, Meditation, Chakras, Acu-Yoga, Upanishads and Bhagavad Gita.  She includes her expanded knowledge in each class inviting students to join her search for presence in the moment.  Sharon is an avid nature lover who enjoys hiking, kayaking, and life on the road as a full-time RVer.
