Fitness professional for 20 years. Trained at SCW and took classes in Benderball, Gliding discs, Bosu, cycle, resistance tubes.
I started teaching cardio classes, abs & glutes, Powerflex (using barbell) in 2005. I then started teaching Mat Pilates and Pilates Reformer in 2007.
In 2008 I became a licensed Zumba instructor and just celebrated 14 years.
I opened my own studio in 2010 and taught classes with weights, the stability ball, PiYo and Zumba. I closed the studio January 2018.
I currently teach at 5 clubs - 15 classes a week. I’m now ready to venture out and try traveling and teaching!
