Skye is a Yoga Alliance 200 RYT, certified Sound Healer, future Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and lover of all things holistic wellness. When it comes to asana practice, Skye feels a deep connection to Yin to balance out her Yang lifestyle as a creative entrepreneur. She also finds transformative healing through the use of crystal sound bowls and particularly enjoys combining Yin with sound baths. Skye is also trained in Vinyasa and Ashtanga and believes the combination provides for a strong foundation and enjoyment through variety.
