I am from Ukraine and have a background in gymnastics and dance. I am happy for the opportunity to find a passion where my energy, creativity, and enthusiasm can be helpful. Daily exercises are a significant part of our lives, but many people do not employ this preventative technique to stay healthy. Barriers to doing so are common for nearly everyone at one time or another. Helping people in my community and beyond determine their obstacles and help them strategize ways to overcome them by promoting and implementing a healthy lifestyle is my aspiration.
