Alicia Moody is an internationally traveling Aquatics and Dance Fitness Professional whose energy, professionalism, and passion for movement leave a lasting impact wherever she teaches. Most recently, Alicia had the privilege of serving as an Aqua Zumba Instructor on a dynamic aquatic tour with Aquatic colleagues across five Washington, DC aquatic centers, delivering powerful 45-minute experiences in Aqua Zumba, HydroSpin, and Acquapole. These sessions—totaling five hours of immersive programming—filled quickly by registration, packed the pools, and generated such excitement that a camera crew filmed the final event at Ferebee Hope Aquatic Center, motivated by the popular Daddy & Daughter and Mother & Daughter Fitness Saturdays.

In 2025, Alicia expanded her expertise by becoming a Certified HydroSpin Instructor, currently teaching high-demand classes twice weekly, a Next Level Noodle Instructor at a state-of-the-art therapeutic center 3 days a week, and most recently becoming a Certified Acquapole Instructor. Her leadership and impact led to her being personally approached by a facility manager to collaborate on early 2026 events and wellness projects. She also proudly participated in Washington, DC DPR Straight to the Heart Association events, further strengthening her community footprint.

Alicia is a 30-year retired Army and Air Force Veteran, married for 29 years, and blessed with two daughters and a granddaughter. She discovered her passion for dance and fitness at age 50, became certified in MixxedFit, Zumba, and Aquatics, and nearly seven years later continues to live her best life—traveling internationally with FitBodiesInc and inspiring others to reclaim their health, confidence, and joy.
