Alicia Antoinette Moody

Alicia Moody, a 30-year retired Army and Air Force veteran, married for 29 years and blessed with two daughters and a granddaughter, discovered her passion for dance, leading her to become a certified fitness instructor in Mixxedfit, Zumba, and Aquatics, embarking on a fulfilling fitness journey at the age of 50, and now, almost five years later, she continues to live her best life, traveling internationally with FitBodiesInc and inspiring others to regain their lives through her motivating fitness motto, "I'm here to help you get 'All Your Life Back!"
