Patsy Simmons

I have been actively practicing yoga for approximately 12 years. I obtained my 200 hour RYT Through Nova Yoga in North Carolina in May of 2022. I am currently teaching yoga at a swim/athletic club in the town where I live. I teach a slow vinyasa flow one class a week. Since November of 2022.
