Yoga began as an innocent search for something new and fun to explore. It turns out I didn't know how much I needed it at the time. It quickly became a passion of mine. It brings me a sense of calm and clarity I cannot find anywhere else. My goal is the share the strength and ease yoga has brought me to my students.
