Live the Lifestyle! My training philosophy is basically to find something or someone that you like or can connect with and continue doing it until it becomes a habit. Once you become "Hooked On Fitness" you can work on form; because good form equals great results. After you have connected, created a habit, and have learned good form and are comfortable, you may be more willing to stretch yourself to try a different type of fitness. I believe that cross training is another key component towards achieving results.
