Ashley Moran

Ashley Moran found yoga in 2008 through running as simply a means of stretching but fell in love with a practice that for her goes much deeper than just its postures.  “We don’t use the body to get into a pose. We use the pose to get into the body” -Bearnie Clark.  Now to her, yoga is a way of life, in which the asanas or postures are just one of eight limbs of the holistic practice of yoga. This is reflected in her favorite style of yoga in her own practice, which is a mindful slow flow.  Ashley completed her 200-hour teacher training through Intent Yoga Studio in Georgia in 2020.  Since then, she enjoys sharing her passion for yoga to others and creating a community for yogis to come together to practice.
